Store Policy

Purchasing from Best Furniture

Best Furniture Mentor only delivers and services to customers within the showrooms service area. If you are not within the showrooms service area, you can schedule a pick up.

When Checking Out Online:

  1. Must verify identity when merchandise is received.
  2. Purchaser must be present and is required to sign off.
  3. Must have valid ID and credit card that was used for payment.

Delivery Service

Delivery fee includes delivery and setup. Furniture will be placed where you want it in your room and fully assembled. When your merchandise has arrived to the warehouse, Best Furniture will contact you within 24 hours to set up a delivery. Delivery can take an additional 1-7 days from when Best furniture receives the merchandise. Any damage to merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Best Furniture opens and inspects each piece before putting on a delivery truck. Please make sure the room is cleared for the new merchandise. Remove any breakables from the path of delivery. Best Furniture is not responsible for any items damaged inside the customers home, other than the product being delivered. Please make sure driveway is cleared for the delivery service. Someone over 18 must be home to sign for the delivery.

Customer Pick Ups

Best Furniture will contact you once the product is at showroom and ready for pickup.Please bring your receipt on the day of your scheduled delivery. If the merchandise is out of stock when purchased, Best furniture will call or email you within 24 hours of purchase with an estimated arrival date. If you take merchandise in the box, it is your responsibility to bring it back if there is any concealed damaged. We will happily unbox and assemble any product for you at no charge. We need at least 24 hours notice if unboxing and assemble is requested. Please bring pads, straps and help to secure product to your vehicle. Best Furniture employees are not allowed to help secure the product to your vehicle and are not liable for any damage done to the merchandise or your vehicle during the loading process.


Prices displayed on the site do not include tax. Delivery and extended warranties are available at checkout. You will have a chance to review your final cost before the order is completed.

Pricing Errors

In the case of a website pricing error, we expressly reserve the right not to honor the price error when accepting an online order. If you purchase an item with a price error, you will be immediately refunded.

Product Availability and Delivery Time

Our goal is to be 100% accurate on delivery times and shipping estimates, but unfortunately errors can occur. Our product is ordered direct from the factories, which allows us to sell for the lowest possible prices. At times factories can have trouble keeping up with the orders and this can cause delay. We will do our best to communicate any delays.

Refunds and Returns (In store and online purchase)

Before Delivery: All non-clearance merchandise comes with a warranty and will be delivered in acceptable condition to our customer. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the order before tax. To cancel an order, call the store at 440-942-0279. After Delivery: After you receive your order, if you are not satisfied, you may return it within 5 days. You will be refunded your total less a 15% restocking fee and a pickup charge . Any merchandise being returned must be in as-new condition. This does not apply to mattresses and clearance items, these items cannot be returned or reselected.


Best Furniture honors the full factory warranty of all merchandise it sells in store and online. When your merchandise is picked up or delivered, you will receive a copy of your factory warranty. If you need another copy of your warranty information, please call or email the store.
